I have extensive experience of advising leaders in a wide range of public bodies in the UK and overseas including governments, departments, councils, arms length bodies, agencies and voluntary organisations. I have led influential research into what works best when leading change in the public sector.

We engage your people and partners

We design projects to engage your staff, leaders and partners in a way that increases collective understanding and commitment to what needs to change - and creates greater clarity about what that change will entail.

Rather than just produce a report and leave, we run workshops and challenge sessions with senior leaders as well as groups of staff to ensure emerging findings are tested, challenged and understood as work progressed. Our structured analysis of interviews and questionnaires provides rigour and compelling evidence to fuel reflection and change.

We draw on our very significant strengths in the design and facilitation of productive group working to ensure that areas for action are co-developed together with those who will have to implement them.
